Return & Refund
Product exchange will ONLY be valid for damaged items caused by the manufacturer before shipping the product to you (cracked bottle, broken cap, etc.). You must provide us with evidence (photos) of the item that has been damaged. Exchange is applicable only for the same item. Exchange of different products is not allowed.

If you request a refund after you have bought our products, our team will record your request and it will take between 7 to 14 company days for us to process and define if you are qualified for a refund.
LuxeVapeJunction.com may deny your request if there is any evidence that you are not eligible for a refund. It is up to the business alone to decide whether or not you will receive a refund.
If you are eligible for a refund, please note that it will take 3 to 5 business days to fulfill your request.
Kindly note that we will not reship or reimburse customs seizure in your nation. It is your duty to understand the legislation of your nation and locality.
